- 4 tabsp oil in a pan add onion soute for 1 minute add g g paste.fry 30 seconds
- Now add crushed green chilli and spices(salt red chilli powder cumin powder peprika powder and termaric).cook for 1 minute by addind little water.
- Add tomato puree cover and cook until tomatoes tender.
- Mix cream with milk whisk well.
- Open lid after 5 minutes.add cream and milk mixture gradually on low flame, mix.
- Now add marinated chicken
- Cook for 2 minutes.sprinklle 1 /2 tbsp crushed dry funegreek leaves(kutti hue dry qasoori methi).
- Now add in a bowl,garnish with dry funegreek leaves and cream.
- Serve hot with homemade naan roti qulcha.
