Cook it 2 to 3 minutes. Add your remaining spices then leave it after covering it for 5 minutes or until onions and tomatoes goes soft
- After the tomatoes and onions are soft switch off the flame and let the matter cool. After it is been cool down grind it properly and keep it aside
- Take marinated chicken and fry it for 7 to 8 minutes or until it is fried or cooked a little bit.
- Add the paste after the above step in the chicken. Add some water slightly in it time to time and cook it on a low flame.add half of the fresh cream in it while cooking the chicken. let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes and your butter chicken is ready.
- After that add remaining butter and fresh cream for garnishing and taste. After that add some coriander leaves.
