Instructions to make Restaurant style butter chicken:
- Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, yogurt, black pepper powder, salt, fenugreek leaves and lemon juice for 3-4 hours or overnight.
- In a pan heat some oil and fry the marinated chicken pieces in it, once done place it in a bowl.
- In the same pan heat some butter and add spices cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper after that add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
- Now add green chilli and the tomato purée and all the spices red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt mix it and cook until the gravy becomes little thick.
- When the gravy becomes Little thick add curd and cashews almonds paste and Mix it well.
- Now add the cream into the gravy and mix it nicely.
- Now add the fried chicken piece into the gravy and cook for few second.
- At last add Coriander and fenugreek leaves and turn off the flame.(you can also add butter on the top).
