- Mix it well and keep it for 30 mins.
- Take a pan,heat some oil.
- Add the marrinated chicken pieces into the pan.
- Fry it until it looks golden brown in colour.
- Now make the gravy.Take a pan,put 7-8 cashew nuts.Then add chopped onion.
- Add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, chopped tomato,salt as per taste.cover it for 2 mins.
- Now cool down the masala and put into the mixture jar and add 1/2 cup water.
- Make a smooth paste.
- Now take a pan,put 1 tsp butter.
- Now add the gravy and cook for 2 mins.Add 1 cup water.
- Now add the fried chicken pieces and cook for 10 mins.
- Now add 1-2 tsp sugar and salt as per taste.
- Sprinkle some Kasori Methi.
- Put 1 tbsp fresh cream and cover it.
