- Heat a pan with butter and saute cinnamon, cloves and cardamons for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste green chilles and fry for few minutes. Pour in tomato cashew puree. Mix and cook till the paste becomes thick.
- Pour 1 cup water. Bring mix to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add garam masala and kasuri methi and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve garnished with coriander and some cream. Can be served with rice or paratha.
