Instructions to make Steamed momos:
- For the filling take chicken minced add chopped onion, sweet corn, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste and spring onion chopped and mix it well kep it ready.
- Take maida add salt and water as required and knead it into a soft dough. Keep it for half an hour then use.
- Roll out small puri sized coverings for the filling add on the filling and then give the desired shape. Then on a steamer steam these momos on med. High flame it wil take nearly 20 mins. When it turns translucent then it's ready. Serve it with the chutney it's a good healthy option. Do try it
