- Add ginger garlic paste and red chilli paste and cook for another 5 minutes
- Add yoghurt in it and mix it properly and cook it for another 5-10 minutes
- Add fried onion, mix it and cook till all the oils comes out
- Fry until the oil separates
- Add water as per the gravy u want and boil it on a high flame →in the end add gram masala and garnish it with ginger strings and green chilli
