- Make ready 2 tbsp soy sauce (I always use Pearl River Bridge dark but that’s just our preference)
- Take 1 (120 g) packet black bean sauce
- Prepare 450 g ready-to-wok noodles

- Mix the pumpkin oil and black pepper. Toss the pork strips in it and set aside for Step 3 below.
