Steps to make Wholewheat Flower pizza:
- Mix 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of dry active yeast with 1/2 cup of warm milk. Keep aside for 5-6 minutes to broom.
- Place 2 cups wheat flour mix with 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a mixing bowl.

- Rub little olive oil over the dough, cover and set aside in a warm place of your kitchen for about 2 hours or until the dough becomes double in size.
- In the meantime, chop the bell peppers and cherry tomatoes. You can add other veggies or mushroom or even chicken or sausages.
- After 2 hour of resting, the dough becomes double in size.
- Transfer the dough to a working surface, knead for about 5-6 minutes by stretching and folding method.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
- Take one part, press between your palm to spread to a thick disc. Dust flour if needed.
- Take a glass of round bottom of the size smaller than the disc. Place it in the center of the disc and press gently.
- With a sharp knife slit the border into small parts as shown in the picture.
- Remove the glass gently. The disc will look like the following picture.
- Now with the help of your finger tips, press 2 edges of each portion together to give a patel shape.
- Make all patels using the same technique showing above.
- Place the flower shape disc to a lined baking tray.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce at the centre of the flower. Spread a little to the cavity.
- Place little chopped bell peppers and tomatoes.
- Topped with 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese. Also sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano.
- Make all the flower pizza and place in the baking tray.
- Preheat oven at 200 degree C for 10 minutes. Brush the sides of each flower with milk. This will give a nice colour to the pizza.
- Bake them in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until sides of the flower pizzas become light golden brown in colour.
- Beautiful and healthy flower pizzas are ready now. Serve warm as snack or breakfast.
