  6. When gets tendered add fried schezwan pepper, stir using a spatula and cook for few minutes. Once it gets cooked keep it aside
  7. Assembling : Break eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper
  8. Pour oil in another non-stick pan and put one tortilla on it. Pour little egg mixture on tortilla and spread all over it
  9. Cook from both sides till egg is cooked and then place little portion of chicken manchurian mixture and make a roll. Cook chicken manchurian mixture covered in tortilla for few minutes
