Heat a large frying pan with olive oil. Place chicken, bell peppers, onion and garlic in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Stir in olive oil and chili powder mixture; gently toss to combine. Stir in cilantro and lime juice.

- Slice chicken breasts & veggies. In large skillet add oil & heat to medium high heat. Add chicken to skillet, cook until no longer pink. Add peppers, garlic & onion. Toss & cook until veggies are tender.
- Add lime juice & seasonings, toss until there is little to no juices in the bottom of the skillet.
- Serve with a hot flour tortilla. Great sides to go with your fajitas would be refried beans, spanish rice or you could have Mexican street corn like I did in my photo. Enjoy😆
