- Add the fish to the mix and stir so that the mixture and the fish blend together,add the salt and stir for two more minutes. Finally add the milk and a half a cup of water to the mixture. Stir for two minutes then leave it cooking for five to ten minutes while continuously checking to see if it's ready. Finally stir one more then remove from heat
- Serve each on a plate,with Ugali and vegetables. As shown above.
